About you and this role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the role ofHR Advisory Representative, becoming the face of our Human Resources Department inMumbai, India.

As part of the HR Advisory Team, you will serve as a dedicated and centralized HR support system for employees, offering assistance in English and additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, German, or Dutch. This role provides exposure to various HR disciplines, including Payroll & Time and Absence, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management & Learning Development. As an HR Advisory Representative, you will have the opportunity to grow as an HR generalist, building a network, gaining knowledge, enhancing skills, and collaborating to address HR issues both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and take the ownership of HR queries from different regions, providing employees and people leaders with timely and accurate resolutions on a wide range of HR topics.

  • Serve as primary point of contact and perform actions to enable HR business processes while ensuring continuous feedback to the requestors.

  • Engage with employees through digital channels like ServiceNow (SNOW) and phone offerings, serving as the face of HR within the organization.

  • Navigate challenging conversations and handle emotional situations when addressing sensitive HR matters and concerns raised by employees.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, German, Dutch or French.

  • Flexible to work in different time Zones.

  • Experience collaborating in a multicultural workplace with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Outstanding communication and listening skills to clearly convey information and actively listen to employees' queries

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to assess HR-related issues and provide effective solutions to employees

  • Ability to quickly adapt to systems and tools to address employee inquiries

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with customer or employee facing positions

  • Living within a maximum one-hour commuting distance from our Mumbai office
