Manage teams of resources tracking incident resolution within the environment, facilitating collaboration among other infrastructure and application support teams as required.
Manage and support risk assessments of the operation landscape and prioritize follow-up actions
Manage and support the defining and measuring of key operational metrics including performance, incidents and chronic problems, traffic and conversion, etc.
Support and drive analysis of operational metrics on a daily basis from a wide range of tools and prioritize necessary actions for operational efficiency
Draw details for technical requirements for various testing projects from QA and manage them with the support team

You will be working in the Finance IT department managing and supporting a team of global test support analysts supporting testing across finance division. The team follows a matrix structure and works for functional department and places technology at the heart of new business processes and strategies and has created exciting opportunities within Group Technology. Team is supporting business critical and high visibility projects’ testing and is responsible to ensure support and maintenance of applications and systems in testing environments 24 hours a day globally via shift work.
Your experience and skills
A background in banking and Financial domain of applications
Preferable to have strong technical knowledge in the areas of Unix, databases, jobs scheduling tools, monitoring tools and technical acumen to adopt and learn new tools and technologies
Understanding of application architectures and data flow within components
Knowledge and experience of Deployments and Release management, Incident and Request management, Crisis Management
Experience in handling a Testing support and test environment management framework and principles with progressive improvements and maturity
Strong background of working in an Agile/Scrum delivery framework
Experience in team management, handling diverse people, coaching and mentoring, and vendor management
An advocate of service improvements and Automation in general operations
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to deal with ambiguity and changing requirements
Capable of implementing application performance monitoring to ensure platform uptime and performance
Capable to understand current system capabilities and limitations
An excellent communicator (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels
