About The Role

This role is an opportunity to learn from and contribute to the product design process at the world’s leading process intelligence and process mining technology company.

We are looking for a Working Student / Intern to assist us in creating systems and patterns that will enhance product initiatives throughout the company. You will collaborate with a team of exceptional individuals skilled in solving complex problems and play a central role in building our next generation of best-in-class products.

Some projects you could work on:

• Creating resources and documentation for designers and engineers using the latest tools (supernova.io)

• Designing a motion system for Celonis product design

• Exploring new interaction patterns for Celonis product flows

• Refining information architecture and navigation across Celonis product surfaces

• Refining and improving Celonis’ iconography system

• Extending the system of semantic tokens

About You

You embody a 'maker' mindset, viewing the world through a systems-thinking lens and approaching challenges with a blend of technical expertise and creative insight.

Your design skills are solid and you're deeply passionate about further developing them. Your insatiable curiosity drives you to explore new technologies and adapt your designs for various platforms.

Collaboration and User-centricity is your forte. You actively engage with your team and cross-functional partners, fostering inclusivity and valuing open communication. Your humility shines through as you readily accept and offer honest feedback.

What we’re looking for

• YOUR PORTFOLIO ATTACHED IN THE "COVER LETTER" FIELD.

• Proficiency in Figma, including a strong understanding of its features such as components, auto-layout, and libraries.

• A keen interest in the design system community, coupled with a drive to innovate future systems, tools, and workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Adaptability and an open-minded approach to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A deep passion for top-tier design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
