Lisle Parham Wealth Management is seeking an employee to work 30-40 hours per week providing administrative, analytical, and creative support to the existing 5 person team. He or she will work closely with each of the team members to maximize output and efficiency.
Administrative tasks include scanning, filing, daily report review, process management and follow through, general appointment preparation assistance, and client relationship management (CRM) maintenance.
Analytical components include researching compliance, investment, and insurance policy information, creating informational recaps for the team, generating reports for client meetings, requesting illustrations, monitoring business analysis, and creating executive summaries.
Creative duties involve PowerPoint, Excel, and Word document creation, website editing, maintenance, and management, updating marketing materials, managing the teams' social media campaigns, creating event invitations, and event planning and execution.
This entry-level position affords the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and grow their existing skills alongside a high-performing and rapidly expanding team of professionals, with the prospect of building a lasting and rewarding long-term career.
You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Financial experience and licensing is not required for this position. Applicants should have a college degree, or have at least 4 years' experience working in an administrative position.
