-Survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
-Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews

-Collaborates with MRO's and Business Users to define requirements and deliver solutions, provide user support and system tuning, optimization and security
-Design, develop and implement BI solutions through the use of SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
-Enhance and maintain relational databases to support new application features and maintain data repository with data definitions, relationships, linkages and sources
-Analyze workflow charts and diagrams and translate operations requirements into technical designs to map and automate data load from source systems to data warehouses, downstream applications, and trading partners
-Troubleshoot and performance tune the data ingress and egress process and build internal controls and checks to maintain data quality
-Understand SQL queries, stored procedures, packages etc. helps in map and gap analysis.
-Use wireframe to illustrate and demonstrate the EUA in Firmwide risk
-Manage the business touch points in the testing phases (UAT) of the program and produce design artefacts which consider all aspects of design (functional, technical, process)
-Leverages SQL, MDX, DAX queries and database knowledge to insure data integrity and reliability and to troubleshoot and fix data production issues across the organization
-Experience developing and integrating Power BI with existing applications and to use SQL queries to pull data from the database and insert into Power BI

You’ll be working in within GRC Change Management in the Credit Risk Architecture US team in Nashville,TN.. We are part of the wider Risk Control organization and work as agents of change for our Risk Control colleagues. We are primarily responsible for eliciting detailed business requirements relating to data sourcing, calculations, outputs, methodology and end-to-end controls which drive fundamental IT systems and process changes.
-Degree in business administration, banking and finance or computer science engineering
-6-9 years' of business and/or risk analysis & reporting
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
-Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and data warehousing concepts and technologies.
-Strong knowledge on Oracle PL/SQL to analyze data and integrity to create complex FSD
-Min experience in technologies including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, MSBI, ASP.Net, VB.Net, PowerShell, C# and SQL Server technology
-Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
-Solid understanding of complex IT systems landscape; experience in defining interfaces and messaging protocols
