You’ll be working with the Field Legal Advisory Group in Nashville. We partner with lawyers and paralegals located in Nashville and New York, as well as financial advisors and branch management throughout the country to provide consistent, timely and thoughtful advice to support the business.
-2-5 years' experience as an attorney either in a law firm or in-house
-a law degree and are admitted to practice law in the U.S. (or ability to obtain admission)
-sound critical thinking and decision making skills and are comfortable advising all levels of management
-ability to work independently
-background in financial services or trusts and estates matters strongly preferred
-proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented
-a good communicator with excellent analytical skills
-able to build relationships with coworkers in local and remotely located offices
-a team player, self-starter and capable of working under tight deadlines
-a disciplined person who follows up and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
