Are you able to handle multiple priorities across several different areas and with different stakeholders? Do you want to work closely with sales management on driving the strategy forward? We are looking for someone like that to be responsible for the implementation and control of the Global Market Sales strategy in the Americas supporting the Head of Distribution and the management committee.
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•\tDrive and implement the sales and client strategy with each business area/sales team
•\tResponsible for managing day to day BAU activities: problem solving, trouble shooting, issue management, communication, etc. with the sales force
•\tServe as liaison between Lines of business and various support partners, driving accountability across all internal functions
•\tEnhancement of the sales and client management processes and MI
•\tCoordination of the regional Sales MC and follow through on action points
•\tControl of the resourcing plan in support of the regional sales strategy
•\tManagement of Client and Sales related Front-to-Back issues to ensure a high degree of operational effectiveness: improving the client experience of UBS
•\tWorking with Technology to drive the improvement of front to back systems and MI
•\tRepresenting the sales business on certain Regulatory programs that impact our clients
The business management team is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support of the key Distribution focused initiatives, and processes that support the front to back for our clients. It is a diverse role, covering elements of strategy and analytics, budgeting and performance monitoring, Operational and Front to back controls, Regulatory and market structure issues, and comprehensive understanding of the sales and client business. This person will have broad exposure across the Global Markets business, interacting regularly with sales teams, management, and Logistics and Control partners across the bank.

•\tBachelor’s degree or international equivalent
•\t5+ years relevant industry experience
•\tChange leadership experience
•\tGeneral understanding of bank/financial service operational processes and product knowledge
•\tSales, Business management, COO, CAO, and/ or consulting experience
•\tPowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, MS tools, basic database management
