Your role:

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

We’re looking for a client associate to:

•\tkeep management systems up-to-date with client information

•\teducate clients on account services and capabilities

•\thelp with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

•\tcollect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

•\tplan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

•\tprovide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team:

You’ll be working with a team in New York City. As a client associate, you’ll play an important role in client relations and team performance.

Your expertise:

•\tseries 7 and 66 licenses

•\tideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

•\tbachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance

•\texcellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

•\tdetail oriented (nothing gets past you)

•\tproficient in Microsoft Office Suite
