We are seeking a Director to join the Global Compliance Risk Management Program (CRMP) Team within our Law, Compliance & Business Ethics (LCBE) organization. CRMP provides centralized oversight and governance of execution of the Global Compliance Risk Management Program by local Compliance teams. This individual contributor position will report to the Vice President of Global Compliance Risk Management and will be responsible for maintaining the global CRMP methodology and Quality Review (QR) program and providing support to teams globally to ensure the program is executed in accordance with the methodology and regulatory expectations. This role will also support continuous improvements to the methodology in coordination with our Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) partners and support implementation of methodology updates and enhancements into the GRC tool.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence in Newark, NJ on a re-occurring basis.
What you can expect:
Maintain and implement the CRMP globally, including continuous improvements in line with regulatory expectations/standards and in support of broader coordination with the enterprise NFRM risk framework.
Lead governance and oversight activities of the CRMP, including supporting/effectively challenging US Businesses, Corporate Function, PGIM and PII Compliance teams globally on execution of inherent and residual risk assessments, development of dynamic risk-based monitoring and testing plans, methodology inquiries and GRC tool support.
Support the preparation of cadenced management reporting on program status, progress to plan, issues and trends.
Responsible for oversight and execution of the CRMP QR program, including management of QR co-sources and reporting of results/trends for continuous improvement and/or training opportunities.
Serve as the Compliance Lead for the NFRM Design Authority as it relates to methodology enhancements/improvements and changes to the enterprise GRC tool. This includes developing/supporting the documentation of user stories and user acceptance testing.
Review and approve GRC security requests for Compliance users.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business compliance teams as well as Legal, and NFRM partners (Operational Risk and Internal Audit).
What youll need:
Bachelors degree
8 years of relevant risk management/compliance experience
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and partnering skills (including cultural awareness) to interact with multiple disciplines and quickly gain credibility and build collaborative working relationships across multiple geographic regions.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to respectively challenge and influence others without have direct authority.
Proven track record of process innovation, continuous improvement and simplification.
Highly organized and strong project management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
Itd be a plus if you had:
Solid working knowledge of OpenPages, GRC tool or equivalent
Experience with the use of data analytics/data science to identify efficiencies and streamline processes.
