Your Team
As a Lead, Scrum Master for US Businesses Technology and Service Workforce Management and Strategy, you will join a team of change agents supporting multiple business functions including Demand Management, IT Vendor and Sourcing Management, Resource Capacity and Workforce Management, IT Finance, Strategy and Planning.
Your responsibilities will include developing governance, providing leadership, coordination, and managing delivery processes. You will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
Here is what you can expect on a typical day
Provide support and leadership in both the transactional and strategic work performed across the team.
Help drive success and work toward efficiency and creative solutions as the team evolves including size/estimation of work items, execution of work through sprints and removing and/or escalating impediments that the team cannot resolve themselves.
Lead team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and continuous improvement.
Work on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
Analyze and transform data utilizing tools such as MS Excel and PowerBI to develop comprehensive information to support fact-based and critical decision-making.
Facilitate team ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up and actively participate in strategy planning sessions.
Ensure accurate Workforce Management reporting across USB through Open Headcount and Workday analysis.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Technical expertise in PowerBI
Proficiency with SharePoint
Agile Delivery or relevant expertise working with teams to deliver expected outcomes
Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
Blend of strategic mindset and tactical execution
Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $125,000.00 to $186,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
