Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing AU, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising our Delivery Partner communications. You will also work closely with Brand and PR to ensure our PR strategy integrates with all relevant brand messaging. With your customer obsession and bias for action mindset, you’ll play a key role as part of a high performing team that works to attract, retain and engage Delivery Partners in Amazon Flex regions.


Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office conveniently located near many transportation.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the communications strategy for Amazon Flex Australia to acquire, retain and engage Delivery Partners

  • Create and support the delivery of engaging content across a range of communication channels and platforms; email, newsletters, newsfeed, website, video, and support channels

  • Support the marketing team in the development of content and messaging for brand and acquisition marketing campaigns

  • Develop creative and effective approaches to communications challenges

  • Support public relations by developing media relations, storylines, pitching to media, and securing reactive media

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams globally

Melbourne, VIC, AUS | Sydney, NSW, AUS

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Excellent content creation, writing and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of measuring the impacts and benefits of communications programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience evaluating innovative formats and emerging channels

  • Collaborative team player with a strong bias for action

  • Upholds high standards for work and results
