This position will be responsible to assist the BIM modeler as they coordinate with Facilities Management staff and Campus Construction and Planning project managers to: produce/maintain 3D building information models of campus buildings; create and develop BIM content; perform in-house design for small campus construction and remodel projects; manually measure and site-verify building spaces and compare with campus records and determine concurrency between site conditions and campus records; update existing BIMs to reflect changes found during site-verification or due to remodel/construction projects; update 2D CAD campus maps as changes occur to represent existing conditions. Additionally,other duties as assigned.As an hourly employee of WSU Facilities Management,a Tuition Reimbursement of $750 will available to those who qualify while the program is active.
