We’re looking for someone that can:
-\tDevelop and prepare presentation content for management meetings.
-\tPreparation of materials for the GSP Operating Committee and tracking relevant actions
-\tManage operational risk, provide monthly updates on open issues, coordinate and report the assessment of key controls.
-\tCreate, develop and maintain central governance documents
-\tSupport the people agenda for GSP team globally, coordinating with relevant regional HR contacts for hiring, onboarding, training and development
-\tMaintain effective stakeholder relations between GSP, functions and Business Divisions, across all regions.

You will be working in the Central Team of Group Shareholder Reporting, which is responsible for reporting on the firm's global aggregated shareholdings in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements in all relevant jurisdictions and across all Business Divisions.
You need to have completed your bachelor’s degree and/or studying for a master’s degree ideally in Economics or Business Administration. In particular, you have:
-\tGood knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking industry and products (prior Banking experience is an advantage).
-\tThe ideal candidate will come from a Business Management or Operational Risk background, however this is not mandatory.
-\tPro-active approach and mindset, including the courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo.
-\tStrong analytical skills including attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to create logical and conclusive presentations.
-\tStrong command of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
-\tFluent English skills, German skills would be an advantage as well as any additional language skills
