UBS Financial Services Business Test Manager in Opfikon, Switzerland
Do you know how to orchestra complex situations? As a Business Test Manager within the Business Transformation Platform team you are responsible for driving and ensuring end to end testing of our global platform. Your focus will be on defining end to end Business Test Cases and coordinating testing activities. So we are looking for someone who can:
-\tlead business end to end testing for our global investment platform and bring it to the next level (automation)
-\tdefine and document business scenarios in collaboration with business and IT
-\ttake ownership for business end to end test case development
-\telaborate test plan together with IT and coordinate with application owners during testing phases
-\testablish detailed end to end test report and communicate test status to various business stakeholders
-\tdevelop strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders within IPS, client-facing units, IT, Compliance, Legal and other areas

-\ta University degree or equivalent and any other certification is an advantage
-\tseveral years of experience as testing manager, project manager, product manager or consultant within global financial service or banking industry
-\texperience in process engineering and documentation
-\tstrong analytical and conceptual skills
-\ta highly motivated and self-directed top performer with a proven track record in a similar position
-\ta good team player with ability to build close partnership with diverse internal partners
-\ta strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
-\tfluent in English and German
