Provide business management and trading floor support to the FRC Switzerland head and the senior Sales/Trading desk heads;
Manage projects in relation to Swiss regulatory initiatives such as Finfrag, FINMA Journal etc.
Support UBS Limited Swiss branch governance and controls and the transition to UBS ESE post Brexit.
Support and lead the regional control process and further develop and align to the global control framework
Own and manage the regional business continuity management process for FRC

You’ll be working in the FRC COO team in Opfikon. We support the FRC business globally with more than 40 team members globally across all time zones managing the front to back on behalf of the FRC Business and help implementing the Business Strategy.
University degree and/or adequate practical qualifications and relevant work experience, including similar positions in a financial institution
Knowledge and understanding of front to back processes and sensitivity towards a diverse workforce on the trading floor
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
FRC product knowhow is a plus
Flexibility in multitasking and ability to deal with pressure
Advanced level in MS office
Strong influencing, reporting and communication skills in an international environment
Fluency in English is required, German as a plus
an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
A high performing individual with strong understanding and knowledge of UBS or similar institution, its businesses, the opportunities and challenges confronting the industry
Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced trading environment
