UBS Financial Services Project Management Officer in Opfikon, Switzerland

In this exciting role, you will become a core member of our Program Management Office team supporting a change program in the area of Group Treasury & Liability Management (GTALM). You will assume the role of a Project Management Officer for a change program and will closely interact with senior stakeholders and UBS teams onshore and nearshore.
We’re looking for someone that can:
provide project management office support by using agreed project management methodologies
maintain project documentation, including tracking of risks, action logs and program deliverables
organize team meetings and workshops including preparation of meeting materials and minutes
gather data and prepare reports for various stakeholders, including Senior Management
maintain and update project management reporting tools for business and IT purposes; support and coordinate project management tasks
support data quality assurance measures, ensure risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required

a bachelor or master degree in economics, finance or business administration
first hands-on experience in consulting or in a project role; preferably in financial industry
very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, JIRA would be an advantage
an excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
PMP or any other project management certification would be an asset
a well-structured person with excellent organizational and communication skills
consensus and result driven and adhering to given standards
self-starter who will take on complex problems and is eager to solve with multidisciplinary teams
able and interested to deal with senior business and IT stakeholders
