Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant in Palm Beach, FL, to provide comprehensive support to a high-level Executive. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks, have excellent organizational skills, and be highly motivated and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Scheduling professional and personal appointments
Screening calls and incoming communications
Reconcile statements and expenses
Handle email correspondence on behalf of the Executive
Greet and assist visitors
Bill pay
Arrange complex travel (domestic and international)
Liaise with the Executive's various staff, residences, and office employees.
Conduct online research and projects as requested
Arrange medical and personal appointments for the Executive
Sourcing and ordering office and personal items for the Executive and family.
Requirements:
Fluent is English and Spanish
5+ years of similar experience supporting a C-suite executive
Excellent, verifiable references
Salary: $110K - $120K
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (on-site)
