Internship Overview

Support the Transformative Analytika team to deliver insights for the business using a combination of modelling/analytical skills, data management and business knowledge. Opportunity to use data visualization, and analytic tools by de side of our Analytics experts to create the business building insights in mountains of data. This role needs to be an effective communicator, self-motivated, and able to convert insights into recommendations that improve the business results. This internership will need to mine terabytes of data and translate complex outputs or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to take action to win with our consumers.

Responsabilities

  • Data Analysis

  • Support distributed data processing administration tasks

  • Create custom software components for use in data pipelines

  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality

  • Data Democratization

  • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling

  • Make data driven analysis to enable business decision making

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Be in the last years of their university career

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Data Engineering software knowledge such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, SQL or Alteryx, preferred

  • Self-aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback. Ability to work in teams and independently if required

  • High-touch service: Manages to create a trust-based relationship with their peers, managers and clients through active listening, customer service, proactivity, and many others

  • Drives creativity and Innovation

  • Strategical thinking, data processing and analysis skills

  • Innovative/Change agent. Experiments with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems.
