Your role:

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to provide operation and administrative support to our Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

*Educate clients on account services and capabilities

*Input data in to financial planning tools

*Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

*Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests

Key Deliverables:

*Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients

*Maintain management systems with up to date client information

*Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities

*Identify service opportunities for clients

Your team:

You’ll be working on a team within Wealth Management Americas in the Paramus branch. We help high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise:

• Series 7 & and 66 or 63/65 required

• Ideally 1 year of experience in client services within the finance sector

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
