Your role:

Stakeholder Management :

• Single point of contact with local senior management

• Ensure the strategy of their organization and the overall GCS strategy is executed locally

• Individual contributor to the overall results of GCS according to country performance metrics

• Ensure cost and efficiency targets are met

Collaboration with GCS and GCOO partners / understanding local and global needs :

• Regular meetings with functional management with associated documents: action plans, milestones,

• Active part in GCS quarterly meetings

• Deep knowledge of GCS service catalogue

Strong influencing & communication skills, positive and proactive mindset :

• Is responsible for a results oriented operating model

• Entrusted with the task of personnel management

• Promotes change innovation and productivity

Detailed understanding of Risk concepts and mitigation strategies :

• Identification of operational risk / risk awareness and management within the area of responsibility

• Risk remediation actions are executed, on time, 100% mitigated and documented

• Awareness of environmental and audit policies (internal & external)

Contract management – Vendor Management :

• Familiarity with competitive tender processes and vendor selection methodology

• Close collaboration with procurement partners ( CIQ )

• Profound knowledge of the UBS vendor management framework

• Close collaboration with legal department (internal and/or external)

Finance / Budget preparation and monitoring :

• Achieve targeted financial / performance objectives

• Secure and identify cost efficiency and savings

• Budgeting & Reporting capability

People & Team management :

• Planning and allocation of resources

• Deploy, develop and train the internal and external staff

• Ability to articulate clear and understandable

• Demonstrate leadership while encouraging, challenging and coaching their employees

Highly collaborative :

• Responsible for client oriented management – all our actions are related to the clients' needs

• Implementation and execution of change initiatives driven by business decision that are relevant for the GCS functions

You’ll be managing the GCS team in Paris. Under your responsibility , the team counts 4 permanent members (Security, Vendor Management, facility Services) and 7 external members (Client reception desk, Mailroom services, Facility management)

Your expertise:

5+ year's experience:

• Contract, Service and Provider management,

• Budgeting and reporting.

• People Management

Preferred skills :

Security :

• Awareness of physical security concepts and experience in application of associated policies

• Familiarity with security industry best practice

• Knowledge of Health & Safety principles (subordinated to different local Regulatory)

Real Estate & Facility Management :

• Property Management, Management of Lease contracts, Space Management,

Hospitality Services :

• Client Reception – organization and supporting of client or in-house events

• Travel Management – coordination with function

Document Management :

• Archiving services / industry alternatives awareness

• Understanding and application of archiving procedures and generic policy requirements

• Digitalization / support of functional and local projects

Project Management :

• Planning and Organization skills

Languages :

French mother tongue – Fluent in English, written & spoken

Additional desired knowledge :

CAFM, GREMIS, MS Office tools
