Procuramos:

Pesquisador para liderar projetos de desenvolvimento de produto para o mercado Agro desde a etapa de concepção do produto até o lançamento. Atender o mercado LATAM e entregar resultados, a fim de garantir o suporte necessário ao time comercial ajustadas ao propósito, valores, padrões de qualidade, segurança e sustentabilidade da Syensqo.

Contamos com você para:

• Gerenciar projetos de aplicação e inovação da região LATAM por meio de prospecção, planejamento, acompanhamento e controle dos processos e dos recursos visando maximizar a eficácia dos produtos do portfólio

• Realizar o estudo da arte através de pesquisas bibliográficas, patentes e literatura científica além de escrita de resumos e trabalhos para revistas e congressos

• Realizar estudos de campo e laboratório, de novas tecnologias/produtos por meio de ensaios, entre outras ações, bem como atuar como facilitador em conjunto com as áreas internas da Syensqo para desenvolver e entregar soluções visando agregar valor para o negócio

• Engajar parcerias externas - institutos de pesquisa e influenciadores e acompanhar as tendências de mercado, participando de fóruns, congressos, feiras entre outros, bem como propor, defender e implementar soluções inovadoras alinhadas aos objetivos da Syenso

• Contribuir na elaboração do orçamento da área com levantamento de premissas e informações, indicar necessidades de investimentos e despesas de curto, médio e longo prazo

• Colaborar regional e globalmente com as demais áreas da Syensqo em assuntos relativos às plataformas de tecnologias desenvolvidas para o mercado Agro

• Identificar, coletar demandas e implementar treinamentos técnicos/programas baseados no conhecimento técnico ´'expertise" da área

Você deverá ter:

Formação e Habilidades Técnicas

• Graduação completa em: Química, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas

• 5 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de projetos

• Conhecimento em tensoativos, colóides, polímeros e seus princípios físico-químicos

• Amplos conhecimentos em desenvolvimento de formulações agroquímicas, biológicas e novas tecnologias para Agro além da experimentação agrícola e estatística

• Conhecimentos no Google workspace e ferramentas estatísticas

• Nível de inglês avançado ou superior

Desejável:

• Pós-Graduação Mestrado e/ou Doutorado

• MBA na área de negócios, inovação ou agronegócio

• Certificação Green Belt Lean Six Sigma ou equivalente.

• Conhecimentos em ferramentas de inovação, experiência em projetos com Open Innovation (parcerias com universidades, ICTs, etc.), aplicação de ferramentas de inovação e mapeamento de editais de financiamento

Researcher - Paulínia (Brazil)

We are looking for:

Researcher to lead product development projects for the Agro market from the product conception stage to launch. Serve the LATAM market and deliver results, in order to guarantee the necessary support to the commercial team adjusted to Syensqo's purpose, values, quality standards, safety and sustainability.

We count on you for:

• Manage application and innovation projects in the LATAM region through prospecting, planning, monitoring and controlling processes and resources to maximize the effectiveness of the portfolio's products

• Carry out the study of art through bibliographical research, patents and scientific literature in addition to writing abstracts and papers for magazines and conferences

• Carry out field and laboratory studies, new technologies/products through trials, among other actions, as well as act as a facilitator together with Syensqo's internal areas to develop and deliver solutions aimed at adding value to the business

• Engage external partnerships - research institutes and influencers and monitor market trends, participating in forums, congresses, fairs, among others, as well as proposing, defending and implementing innovative solutions aligned with Syenso's objectives

• Contribute to the preparation of the area's budget by gathering assumptions and information, indicating investment needs and short, medium and long term expenses

• Collaborate regionally and globally with other areas of Syensqo on matters relating to technology platforms developed for the Agro market

• Identify, collect demands and implement technical training/programs based on technical knowledge "expertise" in the area

You will bring:

Education and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field

• 5 years experience in project management

• Knowledge of surfactants, colloids, polymers and their physicochemical principles

• Extensive knowledge in developing agrochemical, biological formulations and new technologies for Agriculture, in addition to agricultural and statistical experimentation

• Knowledge of Google workspace and statistical tools

• Advanced English level or higher

Desirable:

• Postgraduate Master's and/or Doctorate

• MBA in Business, Innovation or Agribusiness

• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent

• Knowledge of innovation tools, experience in projects with Open Innovation (partnerships with universities, ICTs, etc.), application of innovation tools and mapping of funding notices
