Account Manager – Dedicated Sales
Plans and executes sales targets and activities in specified industries, assigned customers, business partners and new potential customers, for the portfolio of Process Instrumentation, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
Plans sales volumes and potential of all assigned customers, business partners and new customers in the assigned industries.
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
Prepares customer contacts.
Prepares/coordinates and negotiates proposals, in cooperation with segment head/team member/other involved professionals and management.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboratively within the organization to secure customer support.
Requirements:
What you need to make real what matters?
B.Eng / B.Sc in Electronics / Electrical / Control / Mechatronics Engineering
3 - 5 years of related working experience in sales and business development
Knowledge in business administration / marketing would be an added advantage
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as experience in customer handling
Solid understanding of the Malaysian industry sector and its market drivers
Furthermore, you are experienced in working efficiently as part of a matrix organization, having excellent knowledge of English
