Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing projects, ensuring delivery against program KPIs, timelines, and budgetary constraints as well as creating and maintaining campaign process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resource allocation and alignment on milestones.

  • Facilitate cross-functional campaign development discussions for campaign messaging, user journey mapping, landing page development , creative concepting, and digital media strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, providing frequent updates, and ensuring action items are completed.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes. Proactively monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all project deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and approvals to maintain consistency and professionalism across all marketing materials.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing projects. Generate regular reports and presentations to provide insights into project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Level Specifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.

  • Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results.

  • Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.

  • Collaborates with management and team members within the department/function and other areas of the organization. May represent department internally or externally.

  • Actions may impact the success of the overall department and/or the organization. Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions may result in delays to projects, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.

  • Experience working with full service advertising agencies in the development and execution of marketing tactics.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or B2B industry.
