We have 7 criticalists combined in both of our Pittsburgh locations and a house officer program consisting of rotating interns, emergency and critical care interns and residents, and surgical interns and residents, which leads to a collaborative team approach focusing on high quality medicine and patient care .

What you need to excel at BluePearl :

• DVM/VMD degree required.

• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
