Job Title: Quality Assurance Project Manager

Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Pay rate : $65- $80/hr

As a pivotal part of our team, you'll collaborate with corporate and divisional quality, development, and regulatory experts, influencing project direction and timelines to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide diverse teams in a dynamic matrix environment, fostering collaboration and accountability (30%)

• Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project plans, utilizing tools to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks (20%)

• Drive Results & Solutions: Lead teams to deliver outcomes, manage conflicts effectively, and communicate with stakeholders (20%)

• Effective Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency (20%)

• Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and lead prioritization exercises (10%)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management in regulated industries (medical device/pharmaceutical)

• Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of 21 CFR, ICH Q7-010, E6, and ISO13485

• Certifications: PMP, Process Excellence, or Six Sigma certification preferred

• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities

• Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of leading teams in a matrix environment

• PM Tools: Familiarity with standard project management tools and templates

• Business Acumen: Understanding of business and financial concepts

• Resource Management: Manage quality metrics dashboard, resource availability, and timelines

Pay Details: $65.00 to $80.00 per hour
