Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling direct tax litigation which involves extensive interaction with consultants, drafting/reviewing submissions and appearing before the authorities.

2. In depth analysis of the monthly P&L, advising corrections and rectification wherever necessary

3. Ensuring that appropriate transfer pricing compliances are in place.

Requirements and Attributes:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.

• Working experience in ERP Environment (Oracle experience Preferred)

• Excellent technical knowledge of Indian tax laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought

• Good team player
