Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking to hire a Sr. Compensation Analyst to work with our Global Human Resources team. As the Sr. Compensation Analyst at Leggett & Platt , this position will partner with HR teams to provide support on compensation related topics while ensuring compensation programs are aligned and consistently maintained within the global job and compensation framework. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the international compensation team, providing support across 13 countries with more than 3,000 employees within Europe. This person can be located in the United Kingdom, Germany, or Poland.

As Senior Compensation Analyst you will:

  • Provide day-to-day compensation consulting support on compensation policies, programs, and procedures

  • Conduct market research and periodic reviews of the compensation framework, including evaluating and benchmarking jobs, providing recommendations for compensation and incentive levels, and reviewing overall market competitiveness

  • Support year-end compensation planning processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus/incentive calculations and payments

  • Support compensation regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. UK Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency Directive)

  • Develop training materials and deliver education sessions to educate the broader HR team and managers on compensation projects and initiatives

  • Co-ordinate participation in external salary surveys across Europe

  • Support HR technology implementations related to compensation policies and programs

    Ideally you will bring with you:

  • Advanced education/degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field of study

  • At least 5+ years of compensation experience; preferably in a medium to large global company

  • Strong working knowledge of compensation related law, policies and practices within Europe

  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate analysis into an engaging story

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Prior experience working with a Human Capital Management System (HCMS); SAP preferred

  • General working knowledge of other HR disciplines, including benefits, recruiting, & talent management
