Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a passionate, practical and organised Shopper Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This opportunity see’s you supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager in delivering the Omni-Channel plans across the UK, Germany and ROE.

• You will manage the execution of your own specific projects.

• The role will work across all Clorox brands: Natural Personal Care (Burt’s Bees) and Cat Litter (Ever Clean)

In this role, you will:

50% Delivering flawless activations across Brick & Click and Pureplay customers

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in executing 12 month integrated sales and marketing plans to create strong shopper and customer centric activations to deliver a seamless shopper journey, driving brand awareness, trial and repeat

  • Manage all B&C online activation via the retailer portals, secure the evidence for each activity and collate the results for review with the Shopper Marketing Manager.

  • Implement retailer specific content to deliver best in class PDPs and support sales in delivering against Digital Shelf KPI's as tracked by eStore.

  • Publish all online content via retailer or Brandbank portals delivering against the strategic objectives by account.

  • Publish content for all retailer exclusive sku’s to Salsify in-line with NLF deadlines.

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in developing all retailer specific omni-channel content for Burt's Bees & Cat Litter.

  • Build strong direct customer relationships and internal cross functional relationships to influence category norms, delivering best in class omni-channel activations.

  • Work closely with the category & shopper insights to deliver the competitor analysis to feed into internal & external meetings and recommendations.

30% Delivering selling tools ​

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in delivering insight led selling tools to sales teams and customers i.e. customer meetings, range reviews, internal innovation meetings & distributor conferences Develop selling tools for brokers and white space mail-outs.

20% Budget & Project management

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in tracking the budget for all online activations.

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in delivering the GWP Strategy.

  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in delivering Select Customisation projects in line with the agreed hurdle rates.

What we look for:

  • 1-2 years of sales /shopper marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Strong ecomm understanding with experience of using retailer and content platforms e.g. Citrus,Brandbank

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise work effectively

  • Superior interpersonal and team working skills

  • Putting the consumer first to drive excellence in execution

  • Pro-active, open minded, positive attitude and up for challenges, foster cross functional working and effective relationships

  • Adopt a challenger mind-set to encourage change and drive brand growth

Technical Skills:

  • MS Office sufficiency, with particular proficiency in Excel and PPT.

  • Experience in using Profitero and/or eStore desired but not mandatory.
