About the Inside Sales Representative position
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
This position is hybrid. It is 2 -3 days in our Roseland, NJ office.
This position has the opportunity to participate in the company commission program.
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities are:
Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Engage with prospects and sales leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
Identify new business sales opportunities via telephone, emails, and utilizing various lead sources provided
Closing sales
Call calling or following up on sales leads
Inside Sales Representative requirements are:
BA/BSc or Asc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
2 - 3 years of Inside sales experience preferred
Experience as an Inside Sales Representative/Associate
Strong sales skills
Familiar with ERP and CRM and MS Office programs
Good customer service skills
Superb communication skills
Able to multitask
Good team player
