We are offering an exciting opportunity in Salt Lake City, Utah, for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This role involves providing detailed analysis and commentary explaining company performance and creating forward-looking modeling/analysis to achieve the company earnings target.

Responsibilities:

• Support management reporting of sales and gross profit by value stream, customer, item, etc.

• Conduct Analysis of Change (AOC) reporting.

• Perform customer pricing analysis.

• Carry out inflation analysis - material, labor, Overhead Variance (OV).

• Lead productivity analysis - material, labor, OV.

• Oversee headcount tracking and reporting.

• Provide EBITDA adjustment support.

• Handle Non-recurring / non-normal course of business items.

• Execute run-rate normalization.

• Offer capacity planning support.

• Provide CAPEX support.

• Conduct investment ROI analysis.

• Track actual impact on expected ROI.

• Conduct working capital analysis and forecasting.

• Support budget and forecast.

• Support operational KPI reporting.

• Execute other Ad hoc support tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, and Finance.

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Sr. Financial Analyst

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in Expense Reporting and Finance

• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and the Manufacturing Industry

• Proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Understanding of financial regulations and legislation

• Experience in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
