Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to bring out the best in people? We’re looking for someone like that to serve as deputy to the Operations Manager who can:
–\ttrain and manage operational support staff, making recommendations in hiring, promoting, disciplining and terminating
–\tdeal with operations-related client issues and complaints, knowing when to escalate
–\tmonitor and manage operational costs
–\toversee the branch operational risk and audit process
–\treview and approve funds received and disbursed
–\toversee securities received and disbursed
You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
–\tfluent language skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
–\t1-3 years of experience with a leading financial institution
–\ta high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
–\tseries 7, 66, and insurances, ideally
–\tmotivated, self-directed and driven
–\ttalented at building partnerships
–\tknown for your solid judgment
