Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within our fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to our mission of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training logistics.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.

  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
