Your role:

This role will be in integral part of a small team responsible for defining the Cross Border Risk Framework for the International Business within WM Americas. The Cross Border Risk Specialist for program management and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to Cross Border.

Are you an expert on cross border and risk? We're looking for someone like that to:

• Regularly evaluate and optimize existing cross border processes, implement new efficient and effective processes (including appropriate training) and systematically track the measures implemented

• Analyze and derive metrics to evaluate and mitigate Cross Border risk, provide recommendations to improve Risk Reporting

• Ensures that legal, compliance and regulatory requirements are observed, including KYC (Know- Your-Client)

• Resolve non-operational client issues in accordance with firm policy and regulatory requirements

• Work closely with business and other functions within compliance and operational risk control area
