Acosta Group Client Onboarding Specialist in Seattle, Washington

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all new clients during the first 90 days of partnership; working side-by-side with Account Manager.

  • Provide existing clients with onboarding support in areas where gaps in handoff to the Account Manager are identified.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new clients to guide them through the first steps of their partnership with OeP.

  • Execute onboarding tasks including CRM setup , management of SharePoint site, creating client kick-off PowerPoints , obtaining access to clients’ accounts, and scheduling initial introduction meetings with internal teams.

  • Execute client offboarding process ensuring removal of client account access and coordinating exit interviews.

  • Assist with documentation and other onboarding tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • 1-3 years related experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently .
