Acosta Group Client Onboarding Specialist in Seattle, Washington
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all new clients during the first 90 days of partnership; working side-by-side with Account Manager.
Provide existing clients with onboarding support in areas where gaps in handoff to the Account Manager are identified.
Establish and maintain relationships with new clients to guide them through the first steps of their partnership with OeP.
Execute onboarding tasks including CRM setup , management of SharePoint site, creating client kick-off PowerPoints , obtaining access to clients’ accounts, and scheduling initial introduction meetings with internal teams.
Execute client offboarding process ensuring removal of client account access and coordinating exit interviews.
Assist with documentation and other onboarding tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
1-3 years related experience.
Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently .
