Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Puget Sound professional services client that is looking for an experienced Copywriter.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, write, and edit brand copy across webpages maintaining brand standards and delivering against creative briefs

• Interpret technical writing and concepts into succinct marketing sound bites aimed at C-level executives and decision-makers

• Provide developmental, substantive, and copy editing for materials produced by subject matter experts throughout the firm

• Interview and ghost write for web pages or articles for subject matter experts throughout the firm

This role is 100% remote and is ongoing, as-needed freelance-type hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred

• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling as well as a diverse vocabulary

• Working familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and AP Style, as well as knowledge of SEO principles

• Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels of the firm

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner

• Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
