Jabra China is currently on a look out for an openminded, devoted and hardworking team member in their VMI Material Management team.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

Overall VMI operation follows up:

Work with the third-party forwarding operation team (DSV) to ensure smooth daily operation.

Support Tier-1 as a bridge ensuring Tier-1&Tier-2s are following GN VMI processes.

• Work with DSV Team to get VMI forecast data timely & accurately from Tier-1s and distribute to VMI suppliers every Friday

• Monitor, review and escalate VMI material shortage via weekly VMI meeting, details capture in weekly shortage reports, pipeline reports, run out reports, organize calls with Tier-2s

• Work with GSP/Tier-1 to ensure Tier-1 VMI forecast is aligned with GN real demand

• Process alignment with newly phased in Tier-1/Tier-2

• Monitor with Jerry & Tier-2 for pull signal hit

• Work with DSV team on allocation (major normal parts)

• Min buffer monitor for VMI Local parts

• New item set up & price maintain in AX

• Quarterly price update in AX

• Implement vendor switch in VMI forecast per commodity price policy

• Support DSV team to conduct receipts/sales/POs in AX/GN system, work with finance to settle payment issue

• Review EOL/Excess VMI materials & provide liability analysis to E&O Team,

• Work with E&O team to align project EOL plan & align with Tier-2

• Work with MPM team for NPI build plan update

• Monthly Tier-1 KPI monitor & update

• Bi-yearly Score card review

• Monitor DSV HK warehouse operation

• Conduct annual audit at DSV HK hub

An analytical and detail minded individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:

• 4 years of previous relevant material experience.

• Good excel knowledge.

• Experience from EMS environment

• Detailed oriented with capability of handling and understanding large amounts of data

• Good English skills
