UBS Financial Services Data & Document Specialist - Client Attribute Management in Singapore, Singapore

Your role:

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Responsible for the life cycle of client information by reviewing account documentation & maintaining static data and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all sourced data, covering deceased account processes and audit confirmation.

  • Perform regular report check and investigation of client record, liaise with markets and other stakeholders for next steps to ensure compliance to bank policy / regulation

  • Drive front to back regular document renewal or ongoing monitoring exercise for WM client, from report generation to liaising with markets

  • Direct liaison with, and support to mainly internal clients or business partners including other departments within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team etc

  • Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain a highly developed awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence

  • Engage in adhoc project, including systems testing (UAT), process improvement, cross-border initiatives and new regulation

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Operations Team in Singapore. Our role is responsible for day-to-day operations of documentations to provide critical support to Client Advisor/ Client Advisor Assistant & other partners within UBS Wealth Management Hong Kong & Singapore.

Your expertise:

You have:

  • A university degree

  • Prior working experience for 1-2 years will be a plus

  • Able to analyze instructions, process WM client's request and handle complex problems

  • Able to handle large amounts of data and comfortable to work with excels

  • Strong problem solving skills and capability to adapt to changes

  • Experience in team management as well as strong leadership skills will be a plus - evidenced with ability to plan and effectively organize work allocation and team capacity.
