promoting the suitable use of loans to Client Advisors and clients as well as internal key stakeholders
\"deal captain\" for complex lending transactions by structuring the client solution and assessing all risks and mitigants to prepare the credit request
develop and drive strategy and tactics to increase delivery of bespoke lending solutions to clients
building and maintaining sustainable relationships by continuously coaching Client Advisors and key stakeholders (credit risk control and product partners)
providing guidance on pricing for complex transactions
contribute to the Bank's loan book revenue and asset growth via driving marketing efforts and participating in direct client meetings
work closely with colleagues to constantly improve the Bank's Lending & Deposits offering to better meet client requirements

You'll be working in UBS Wealth Management Division in the Lending & Deposits (L&D) team. We provide our Client Advisors with high quality and tailor-made Lending product solutions, including Lombard and structured financing. Our role is to drive transaction volume and revenue in our business for financing solutions by providing solutions to match our clients' specific needs and circumstances.
a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally in lending related/credit area, as a salesperson or credit officer
a strong understanding of loan products and investment solutions in the private banking and/or corporate banking market with profound investment knowledge
robust credit assessment skills for complex lending situations
familiarity with relevant regulations in relation to financing solutions
an excellent command of English, and preferably of another language
highly professional, pro-active and a people person
an excellent communicator and able to deliver messages and information in a clear, meaningful and convincing manner
able to work under pressure, handling complex situations and relationships, delivering against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
composed, with strong presentation and analytical skills
