Job Description

Learning and Engagement Specialist

• Administers Talent Management / DEIB Center of Excellence (COE) processes to ensure the organization has the necessary skills, competencies and/or processes to meet organizational goals

• Key point of contact for all learning & development reporting

• Provide support with Talent Review, Performance Cycle, leadership assessment, engagement surveys, DEIB initiatives, career development/pathways (emerging leader programming), Engagement surveys, New Hire / Exit surveys, mentoring, and internship programming.

• Collaborates with various functions, teams, and stakeholders, including HRBP’s, to gather input and insights regarding training needs.

• Curate engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, multimedia presentations and learning effectiveness surveys.

• Supports the facilitation of training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants

• Identifies, implements, and analyzes metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs.

• Manages multiple projects delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinates training events, including communication, logistics, agendas, third party vendors, and feedback surveys.

• Informs team members through various channels and by managing and maintaining the COE Outlook calendar.

• Creates, organizes, and maintains comprehensive documentation and reporting to replicate processes and institute process improvement.

• Manages the HR Learning Management System (LMS): Assignment management, completion tracking, and reporting for all compliance related and professional development.

• Manages, organizes, and maintains learning content (e.g., recordings, correspondences, planning documentation, course content, etc.), collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is up-to-date, and ensures accessibility and permissions are set correctly.

• Serves as a back up analytics related employee experience platform and supports with administrative updates, data pulls and/or other changes.

• Communicates with outside vendor contacts to support programs and deliverables.

• Supports with creation and delivery of business cases / updates for senior leadership.

• Is an ambassador for learning and employee engagement – cultivating an inclusive environment in which all employees feel a sense of belonging and align with company goals.

Qualifications

Skills and Related Experience

• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms/methods.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from data and communicate with impact

• Strong project management skills

• Strong written and verbal business communication skills

• Experience building rapport and interacting with key stakeholders and internal and external partners.

• Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.

• Ability to work independently and proactively; solutions oriented in the face of adversity.

• Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices.

• Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail to drive results.

• Ability to balance competing priorities in a demanding environment and effectively manages stakeholders, as needed.

• Demonstrated experience in the following: MS Office Suite (intermediate level skills in Excel and PowerPoint)

• Qualtrics or other employee experience platforms, preferred.

• Public speaking or facilitation experience strongly preferred

• Learning Management System, preferred.

• SuccessFactors HRIS, preferred.

• Understanding and application of the ADDIE model, preferred.

• Documentation and records management.

• Vendor Management

• 3+ years in a talent management, learning & development, field or corporate HR business partner role preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training & Development, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, preferred and/or related experience.
