Position Title: HR Generalist III

Location: Sunnyvale, California

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Own client-specific projects furthering Devices & Services HR strategic initiatives with the objective being to create programs that tackle critical business priorities. 2. Work with leadership and coaches to identify real-time priorities that align to their career growth plan. 3. Act as the frontline consultant to the business supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. 4. Operate as subject matter experts, provide guidance on programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manager their team. 5. Collaborate with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists who support various businesses. 6. Act as an influential partner in helping managers with talent management processes, people development and implementation of organizational changes. 7. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives. 8. Partner with the global HR community to support global workforce. 9. Utilize multiple data sources to extract information, perform analysis and make recommendations/implement solutions as a result. 10. Domestic and International Travel 15% 11. Telecommuting benefits are available.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $143,000/year to $193,400/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

A bachelor degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field followed by 3 years of experience in human resources management, or employee relations. In the alternative, 2 years of experience in human resources management, or employee relations in lieu of a bachelor degree, and 3 years of experience in human resources management, or employee relations. Experience must include: 1. 3 years of experience in building and enhancing operational processes and procedures for HR program/business efficiency. 2. 3 years of experience utilizing human resources management systems such as Workday, Salesforce, PeopleSoft or related ERP systems. 3. 3 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and job role initiatives. #0000
