Linnaeus Part Time Client Care Associate - Veterinary in Swindon, United Kingdom
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our reception team to provide an excellent service to our clients and visitors. Our receptionists should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times.
This role is a permanent part time role of a 4 hours a week.
This role will be primarily based at our Edison park site however there may be a requirement to be based at referral sites.
Roles and responsibilities:
Greet owners and their animals on arrival to the clinic
Answer the telephone promptly and professionally
Arrange appointments
Clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment
Maintain a welcoming environment throughout the clinic by carrying out cleaning duties and update displays.
Promote services and products
Co-ordinate and ensure a smooth client and pet flow within the practice from the waiting room to payment processing
Processing payments
Miscellaneous administration tasks (i.e. filing, banking, on line registrations, liaising with external companies)
