    Client Manager, Cyber Insurance

    Our Cyber Solutions broking business is currently seeking an insurance executive or consultative broker to join its high-performing team as a Client Manager with a specific focus on Cyber risk.

    You will be working closely with the Cyber Insurance and Consulting team, Head of Cyber and other key stakeholders to deliver best in class Cyber Insurance risk transfer solutions across a portfolio of Global & Corporate and Financial/ Professional Services accounts. Our business is investing in Cyber following a sustained period of success, it is an exciting time to join the team.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices across Sydney/Melbourne.

    What the day will look like

  • Taking to market a portfolio of Global Corporate /Professional Services clients and supporting senior brokers on more complex placements

  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management

  • Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations

  • Attend client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon’s go to market strategy, present renewal terms and seize cross-selling opportunities

  • Maintaining and updating insurance market updates for financial lines policies

  • Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues

  • Developing solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention

    We’re seeking a motivated broker or Client Executive from any disciplines who:

  • Minimum 5 years in a broking or insurance related type experience

  • Has the desire to learn and grow within a global organisation

  • Is able work well in a team and cultivate relationships

  • Can d emonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

  • Has a positive attitude

  • Can illustrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
