Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud.

The eero team is looking for a Finance Operations AP Manager to be the single point of contact for all vendor tasks associated with AP and own the end-to-end procure to pay process.

NOTE: This job is a hybrid role (3+ days a week in the office) and will be expected to work across Global time zones as needed.

Key job responsibilities

  • Systemically intake, escalate, and triage vendor payments, contacts and issues and follow-through to resolution, including executive-level communication.

  • Continually look at ways to improve the experience for internal and external customers. Partner with and influence upstream and downstream teams.

  • Leverage data from numerous databases and internal tools (using Excel, or other data management systems) to perform reporting and analysis.

  • Communicate directly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate payables.

  • Create SOP's and procedural documents and assist with ad-hoc accounting projects.

  • Report related key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Recognize escalation trends and identify underlying defects and root causes. Create and share root cause analysis & write documents for dive deep sessions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

  • 4+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
