What you'll do. * Create and maintain Request for Quotes for MRP replenishment items. * Support Contract Lifecycle Management * P-Card process management and reconciliation * Expediting purchases * Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies * Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support * Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis. Who you are. Supply Chain Operations and Projects: * Support Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services * Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks * Support vendor setup and contract closeout processes * Basic contract negotiations with stakeholder engagement * Support Contract Lifecycle Management * Support material expediting * Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies Materials Management/Warehouse * Create and maintain Request for Quotes for MRP replenishment items. * Support Contract Lifecycle Management * P-Card process management and reconciliation * Expediting purchases * Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies * Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support * Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis. Education * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration * Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year * Availability for multiple work terms is preferred * Strong academic performance * Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester * Attached copies of transcripts Working Conditions * May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc. Safety Sensitive * This is a safety sensitive role and as such you will also be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during required work hours.
