What you’ll do

As a Client Director, you will report to the Head of Healthcare. You will work hand in glove with the local NHS organisations, Oracle partners and technical resources. Client Directors will drive the adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud in Healthcare, positioning Oracle Cloud as a cloud platform of choice.

  • Thanks to your deep knowledge of healthcare, you will identify, build, drive, influence and close cloud deals with the support of the engineering team for technical solutioning. You will actively engage the Healthcare eco-system, in particular with NHS C-Suite and Partners who have an important presence in this sector.

  • You will leverage the existing Oracle Cloud capabilities to build further and craft opportunities across the Healthcare vertical (existing footprint, deployment models, sovereign cloud, security, compliance architecture, etc..)

  • Establish a referenceable customer base within the vertical

What you’ll bring

  • Track record in positioning, crafting and selling large and sophisticated projects in Healthcare in your region.

  • Must have existing network of Healthcare contacts to leverage.

  • Understanding of the challenges facing Healthcare departments, and an ability to articulate the outstanding value of Oracle Cloud to support their strategies.

  • Deep product and market expertise in the cloud arena, including customer needs, the competitive landscape, and key trends in the Healthcare industry.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.

  • Strong team player passionate about the team’s success as well as personal success.

  • Lateral leadership but able to work as a team.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed.
