Job Summary
We are looking for a D365 Field Service Consultant to instrument in delivering successful implementations, driving business value, and providing ongoing support to ensure end user satisfaction. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with D365 F & SCM project team to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service to integrate with D365 F & SCM.
Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific client needs, including configuring forms, views, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Dynamics 365 Field Service functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end user’s post implementation, addressing any system issues or enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Field Service and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service. (Optional)
Preferred:
- Experience working on Dynamics 365 Field Service modules with integration D365 F & SCM
Physical Demands
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
