Job Summary

We are looking for a D365 Field Service Consultant to instrument in delivering successful implementations, driving business value, and providing ongoing support to ensure end user satisfaction. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with D365 F & SCM project team to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.

  • Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service to integrate with D365 F & SCM.

  • Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific client needs, including configuring forms, views, workflows, and integrations with other systems.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Dynamics 365 Field Service functionalities.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end user’s post implementation, addressing any system issues or enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Field Service and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service. (Optional)

Preferred:

  • Experience working on Dynamics 365 Field Service modules with integration D365 F & SCM

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
