Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable experiences for guests? We're seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic F&B Hostess to join our team. As an F&B Hostess, you'll be the face of our dining establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through the door.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Manage the flow of guests in the restaurant, ensuring efficient seating and turnover.

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

  • Take reservations and manage waitlists, using our online booking system.

  • Assist with table settings, pouring water, and providing menus to guests.

  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.

  • Handle guest complaints and issues professionally and courteously.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

  • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing duties, as needed.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt food delivery and quality control.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

What do we need from you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or food service experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg) and stand for long periods.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and online booking systems is an asset.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
