LSI Test Engineer (Automotive SoC)

Job Description

Product testing for automotive ICs and promotion of the team's work including outsourcing

• LSI characteristic verification, test specification design and verification

• Development of test programs and jigs and tools using LSI testers (shipment sorting - mass production, product evaluation)

• Test cost reduction activities during mass production (planning execution)

• Selection and launch of equipment/OSAT to achieve automotive quality at low cost

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating semiconductor products (digital, analog) or using LSI testers

• Experience in programming (C, C++, etc.) and semiconductor reliability technology

• Experience in test programming/debugging methods, experience in product evaluation, surveys for improvement based on measurement results, and examination of test standards
