What You’ll Be Doing

The Strategy Visualization Specialist will take ideas, conversations, and other shared information for long- and short-term corporate goals and translate them into project outlines, playbooks or presentations that are understandable and usable by a larger audience.

The Specialist will work closely with the VP, Strategy and CX Solutions to understand be able to translate strategic concepts into effective collateral for Clients, Percepta leadership, sales teams, solutioning teams, and other departments within the organization. The Specialist will also manage and track Strategic deliverables developed internally and / or with strategic partners to desired timelines.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Translate strategic concepts, plans, designs from Strategy leaders into actionable and understandable formats such as presentations, playbooks, graphs, or infographics.

  • Having a solid understanding of contact centers, identify gaps in the strategic story and make recommendations to close those gaps.

  • Break down large scale ideas into usable actions and activities.

  • Develop materials for management meetings and follow up on strategy items.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices in the business process outsourcing space and of visualization techniques to best convey information.

  • Manage and track strategic deliverables to desired timelines.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus on business or marketing.

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing / communications role and / or project management, business case development, or change management roles with a focus on presentation development with that role

  • 3 years’ experience in a contact center, business process outsourcer.

  • Proven ability to present complex concepts in understandable, digestible formats.

  • Experience working with virtual visualization tools such as Miro boards, and experience mapping tools such as Lucidchart.

  • Experience managing multiple deliverables within defined timeframe.

  • Experience in automotive industry preferred.

  • Experience in entrepreneurial organization or start-up preferred.

  • Strong understanding of strategic concepts

  • Strategic thinking and strong aptitude for seeing the larger picture

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Initiative and follow-up skills

  • Creative thinking to bring large picture concepts into workable activities

  • Ability to ramp up quickly in new areas

  • MS Power Point, Word and Excel skills

  • Works well independently and in a team environment

  • Must be able to interact effectively with all internal departments and clients at all levels

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Multi-tasking and project management skills
