The Associate Innovation Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of innovation strategies, platforms, product ideas and claims within either Advil or CCF portfolio. They will help lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of these new products to launch readiness stage.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of marketing experience, with exposure/understanding of how to build a multi-year pipeline and experience in a matrix organization (preferably CPG)

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Help create innovation strategies within the Advil & CCF (Robitussin & Theraflu) categories

  • Deliver sufficient 3-year pipeline

  • Help build and validate strong consumer-driven propositions, business cases, concepts, pricing and packaging direction

  • Lead projects and teams through stage gates

  • Help represent pipelines and projects (in governance meetings, customer engagements, etc.)

  • During Development, effectively transfer to Brand Commercialization Leads for commercialization and launch

  • Collaborate with key partners (R&D, Insights, Sales Strategy, Brand and Finance etc.)

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing (Global and local experience preferred)

  • Marketing, brand management, innovation, or strategy experience in fast-moving consumer goods, over the counter or non-traditional health/wellness industry

  • Proven P&L/budget management, complex project management and business development skills

  • Ability to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA

  • 2+ years of dedicated/primary focus on innovation

  • Strong Communicator & Connector: Ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of colleagues across multiple functions using active listening skills and open mindset to understand needs.

  • Analyst & Simplifier: Ability to synthesize data from a variety of input sources, into a coherent whole/clear picture to define the performance gap and to design/deliver the appropriate solutions.

  • Action Oriented & Accountable: "Can do" and "Does do" attitude; Ready to jump in and make immediate impact through positive and proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience. Holds self to highest performance standards.

  • Change Champion: Embraces change, a positive change agent championing the organizational strategy and embodying the values of the company. Helps bring people along on the journey.

  • Team Player: Loves being part of a team, both leading and serving; demonstrated deep commitment to colleagues; highly effective in a matrix environment.

  • Experience in digital healthcare and understanding how it can be incorporated into product innovation

The salary range for this role is $100,079- 135,401 USD.
